How To Make A Burger By Your Self

the easiest way to make a burger if you are home alone and you are not too good at cooking or you want to learn how to cook delicious burgers by your self here is how to do it ,today I’m going to show you how to make your own burgers.

1.Prepare the ingredients to make your burger

start by taking 500 grams of really good-quality minced beef and put it into a mixing bowl

then take a handful of fresh coriander and chop it up nice and fin

get a medium sized onion on the chopping board and chop it as finely as you can

when you’re done tip them both along with the beef into the mixing bowl

2.Mix the ingredients of the burger

next add to that mixing bowl one egg, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of mustard, a pinch of salt and grind in some black pepper then use your hands to mix it all together

when it’s all done take a handful of the mixture and press it out into a patty

next we’re going to take a drinking glass and cut a hole out of the middle of the patty and I’ll show you why later.

we’re going to cook it in a frying pan with a little bit of oil. place it in and leave it to cook after a few minutes turn it over

and now I’m going to Add an egg into the hole in the middle, if some of it spills out you can wait for it to cook then remove it.

3.Cook the burger and serve it

while it’s cooking you can slice up a tomato and tear off some lettuce to put in your burger

if you want a cheeseburger slice some cheese and put it on top of the beef with the egg in it

if the top of your egg is still a little uncooked you can turn it over for a minute to make sure is cooked through, when the cheese is melted it’s ready to serve.

put it in a bun and add whatever sauces or salad you like and there we have our burger with an egg in it, pretty cool huh?

they taste delicious and if you prefer you could serve it with a runny egg yolk.
